SignalMeasure collected research responses from many partners, but intake quality varied by source, format, and field team. Analysts spent too much time identifying duplicates, incomplete records, and suspicious response patterns before they could begin useful reporting.

Wolfcrest & Co. designed a data operations workflow that helped teams validate incoming responses, document quality decisions, and route questionable submissions for review.
