Introduction

Wolfcrest & Co. presents this statement regarding modern slavery, forced labor, servitude, child labor, and human trafficking for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.

Wolfcrest & Co. is committed to conducting business ethically and expects the same standard from employees, contractors, clients, suppliers, and other business partners. We do not tolerate modern slavery or human trafficking in our business operations or supply chain.

This statement describes the steps we take to identify, reduce, and address risks connected to modern slavery and human trafficking in the course of our work.

Organisation's Structure

Wolfcrest & Co. provides technology, product, engineering, design, transformation, and advisory services to business clients. Our work is primarily professional services delivered by skilled team members and specialist partners.

Our operating model includes employees, independent contractors, professional service providers, technology vendors, and business partners who support client delivery, internal operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, legal, security, and administration.

Responsibility for this statement and related compliance practices sits with Wolfcrest & Co. leadership, supported by the teams responsible for operations, vendor management, people practices, legal review, and information security.

Policies and Code of Conduct

Wolfcrest & Co. maintains policies and working practices intended to support ethical conduct, respectful work, transparent communication, and responsible supplier relationships.

Our expectations include compliance with applicable laws, fair employment practices, respect for human rights, accurate business records, and prompt reporting of suspected misconduct or unsafe practices.

Relevant practices include our privacy, security, vendor review, recruiting, workplace conduct, anti-harassment, and reporting procedures. We review and improve these practices as our business and supplier relationships evolve.

  1. Code of Conduct: sets expectations for ethical behavior, respectful work, lawful conduct, and responsible representation of Wolfcrest & Co..
  2. Supplier Expectations: require suppliers and partners to comply with applicable labor, employment, safety, human rights, and anti-trafficking laws.
  3. Reporting Channels: encourage employees, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to raise concerns about misconduct, suspected exploitation, or violations of policy.

Supply Chain and Supplier Due Diligence

The professional-services nature of Wolfcrest & Co.'s business presents a lower inherent risk of modern slavery than industries that rely on large-scale manufacturing, raw material extraction, logistics, or low-wage manual labor. Even so, we recognize that risk can exist in indirect services and extended supplier chains.

We seek to understand and improve supplier practices by reviewing higher-risk vendors, evaluating contract terms where appropriate, and setting expectations for lawful and ethical conduct.

Wolfcrest & Co. continues to strengthen its supplier management practices to identify, assess, and monitor potential higher-risk areas in our supply chain.

  • Assessing suppliers for services, locations, or operating models that may present elevated modern slavery or human trafficking risk.
  • Including appropriate anti-trafficking and labor-law expectations in supplier communications and agreements.
  • Building clear relationships with known suppliers so expectations for business behavior are consistent and understood.

Implementation

Wolfcrest & Co. leadership oversees the implementation of this statement through operational controls, vendor review, policy maintenance, and response procedures.

We monitor relevant issues through internal reporting, supplier conversations, contract review, security and compliance practices, and escalation channels. Material concerns are reviewed by appropriate leadership so corrective action can be considered.

Effectiveness

We continue to assess the effectiveness of our approach to modern slavery and human trafficking risk in our business and suppliers.

  • Maintaining and communicating this statement.
  • Reviewing supplier expectations and contract language where appropriate.
  • Improving supplier identification and due diligence for higher-risk relationships.
  • Encouraging reporting of suspected misconduct or exploitation.
  • Reviewing concerns and taking reasonable corrective action when issues are identified.

Training

Wolfcrest & Co. provides compliance and policy guidance as needed to employees, managers, and team members involved in procurement, vendor relationships, hiring, client delivery, and operations.
