Reading the Work
Helping cooperative teams resolve exceptions before seasonal pressure peaked
HarvestLoop supported cooperative buying programs where seasonal orders, supplier rebates, substitutions, and credit adjustments created a heavy administrative load. Partners needed clearer answers about what had shipped, what qualified for a program, and which exceptions were waiting on supplier confirmation.
Wolfcrest & Co. designed an operations workspace that connected order status, program rules, rebate eligibility, and unresolved exceptions. Cooperative managers could prioritize partner questions, see which suppliers were blocking resolution, and communicate next steps with confidence.
The work helped HarvestLoop reduce the ambiguity around high-volume seasonal programs. Teams gained a cleaner path from order activity to partner support, and suppliers had more consistent context when exceptions needed review.
